Investor Protection

Developers provide 20% of the construction value to Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) ensuring that projects are completed and customers receive their property.


Dubai Land Department charge 4% tax on all property purchases. This is typically paid when you pay your holding deposit which is normally 20% of the purchase price.

Golden Visa

A Golden Visa which has a range of benefits can be obtained through residential property investment when the value of the property is in excess of AED 2 million.

Property Investment Visa

Applicable to individuals who opt to invest in residential property that is worth AED 1 million or above, with a maximum of 50% of the property value under mortgage. Investors in a jointly owned property are eligible to apply if each individual’s share is worth at least AED 1 million.
