Off-plan sales contributed 62% of all Dubai 2023 Q1 sales transactions and 41% of total market sales value, with off-plan apartment sales up 72% vs Q1 2022! Dubai Land Department recorded 30,930 sales transactions, up 6.7% against the previous quarter and 50.6% against Q1 2022.
